Sabrina Ryan

Founder & CEO

Sabrina Ryan founded Helton Holdings LLC after years of working alongside public agencies, nonprofit organizations, and community partners to improve systems of care and strengthen community well-being.

Her professional experience includes community engagement, behavioral health, public health initiatives, family support, systems navigation, project coordination, and cross-sector collaboration. Drawing on both professional expertise and lived experience, Sabrina is committed to helping organizations build practical solutions that improve outcomes for individuals, families, and communities.

She believes that meaningful change happens through trusted relationships, thoughtful collaboration, and a willingness to meet people where they are.

Stanley Helton

Co-Founder & Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Stanley Helton brings years of hands-on experience supporting disaster response and recovery operations throughout the United States. His work has included establishing and maintaining critical infrastructure and logistical support for emergency response teams during wildfires and other large-scale incidents. Through years of field operations, he has developed expertise in rapidly deploying resources, solving complex logistical challenges, and supporting the personnel who protect communities during times of crisis.

As Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Helton Holdings LLC, Stanley oversees operational strategy and logistics, helping ensure the organization can respond efficiently to the evolving needs of government agencies, nonprofit organizations, insurers, and community partners. His practical, solutions-oriented leadership and commitment to service strengthen Helton Holdings’ ability to deliver coordinated, reliable support before, during, and after disasters.
